When is a Doctor Not a Doctor?

I've spent my entire career trying to make sense of what kind of doctor I am, despite having a very clear sense of what I wanted to do, writes Dr Keith Grimes. I'm finally in the right place - a Digital Doctor shaping products and technologies to deliver quality care at scale. Yet still the nagging question - does that make me a doctor?
